ABOUT
Kids Get Social has offered private social-communication therapy in the Greater Boston area since 2019.
We have created a unique curriculum based on the core ideas of social engagement, emotional awareness, sensory and emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. Our clinic grew out of a strong desire to help children and their families with therapeutic supports that would go beyond those provided within school systems. In our neurodiversity-affirming therapy sessions, we utilize ideas from play-based therapy, strength-based therapy, interoceptive awareness, video modeling, Growth Mindset™, mindfulness, and yoga. We work to create an environment where every kid feels like they belong – where they will learn, grow, and have fun!
